Special Silencers (1979)

Bad guys kill town's mayor with "Special Silencers". In case you don't know what they are: tablets that will grow roots of a tree into your stomach, once swallowed! That is unless you are enlightened guru and use them for meditation.

Mayor's brother and daughter Julia (Eva Arnaz) are on their way to town. Their car broke down and Hendra (Barry Prima), who is also on his way to town, stops to help them. Hendra goes to town to get some help and in a meanwhile thugs kill mayor's brother and try to kill Julia but Hendra comes to rescue just in time. But the bad guys are not done yet. For the rest of the movie bad guys try to kill Julia and Hendra and gain control over the town.

Now this what i'm talking about! Indo-madness at it's finest, crazy ass pills that will plant a tree in your stomach (kudos to writer Djair who came up with this shit!). Fighting scenes are very well executed, Prima kicks some serious ass on this one. Lots of gory deaths, well of course if there is damn tree growing out of one's stomach!

Directed by Indo-trash maestro Arizal. All Indonesian cast, at least i didn't see any westerns. Without a shadow of a doubt one of the best film to came out of Indonesia. Highly recommended.
